a. The Races will be conducted according to the FISA Rules of Racing and extended by the German RWR. b. Depending on the number of entries, preliminary races may be held on Friday 7 May 2021. c. The organizing committee reserves the right to combine lightweight and open races while honoring the winners separately. d. Late registration will be accepted until 2 hours before the respective preliminary race if this will not lead to an additional heat. Late registration for races without heats will be accepted until 2 hours before the respective final. The fee for late registration will be twice the regular registration fee. e. For general questions concerning foreign teams and financial arrangements, please contact the organizing committee via info@wedau-regatta.com. f. Members of the organizing clubs and foreign teams (according to e)) are exempt from registration fees. g. Concerning accommodation, please contact accommodation@wedau-regatta.com. h. Concerning boat storage, please contact boatstorage@wedau-regatta.com. i. The list of entries will only be published on http://www.wedau-regatta.com and sent to the team managers electronically. It will not be mailed as a hard copy. j. German teams are asked to submit their entries via the DRV Verwaltungsportal and foreign teams are requested via our online platform http://registration.wedau-regatta.com/.
